PBA Mock Draft 3.0

This year's draft had turned-out to be one of the deepest one for those who hunt for big guys who can man their paint. Junmar Fajardo leads the cast for the up and coming Centers and Power Forwards followed by the 6-foot-10 former Oberlin College Stand out (Canada) Gian Chiu, Dave Marcelo , Dave Marcelo, Yousef Taha,Keith Jensen, Nino Nabong,Jason Deutchman,Aldrech Ramos,Mark Sarangay, and Eric Suquitan.

The draft class also features the talented guards and wingmen to beef-up the line-up of your favorite team. Chris Tiu , Calvin Abueva, Chris Ellis and Alex Mallari  are just some of the guys who can create an immediate impact on their future PBA Team.

1st Round

First Pick
Petron Blaze Boosters (via Air21 Express)  - Junmar Fajardo
- An obvious pick that they should make.

Second Pick
Alaska Aces  - Clifford Hodge
-Aces needs a guy who can provide the hustle and intensity in both ends of the court, mala-pingris

Third Pick
Petron Blaze Boosters (via Barako Bull) -   Chris Tiu
-He looks soft but he is tough as a nail and a brainy floor leader, Can be a very good back-up for Alex or the other way around. They can form a Tiu - Fajardo Tandem.

Fourth Pick
Meralco Bolts - Calvin Abueva
- in the fourth pick, Coach Ryan should choose this guy. His talent and overall fundamentals can match the likes of Ronald Tubid, Mark Baracael, and Arwind Santos. He can be a substitute for Mercado while he is with the National Team.

Fifth Pick
Barako Bull (via Petron Blaze Boosters) - Alex Mallari
- A Point-Forward like mallari can aid their need in the Point Guard Position. (they can also hold mallari for a while and then trade him in the near future for some serviceable veteran just like the old days :P )

Sixth Pick
Barangay Ginebra Gin Kings  (via Powerade Tigers ) - Keith Jensen
-If they can't get Sean Anthony, then this guy could be the next best possible option. His deceptive speed and uncanny strength in hauling the boards will be his assets. He can also provide some range up-to the three-point area.

Seventh Pick
Rain or Shine Elasto Painters - Kelly Nabong
-A guy who can provide added toughness and strength down the paint.

Eighth Pick
Barangay Ginebra Gin Kings - Chris Ellis
-Enough of this small guards, Chris Ellis just can play the point upto the small forward position with ease.
Ninth Pick
B-Meg Llamados - Vic Manuel
-With Intal and JDV still out of the conference due to their respective injuries, The 2-time PBA D-League MVP can be a pretty decent tweener(small forward-power forward) .

Tenth Pick
Talk 'N Text Tropang Texters - Aldrech Ramos
-TNT Loves to draft versatile players, ask chot.

2nd Round

Eleventh Pick
Air21 Express - Yousef Taha
-An added height(6-foot-7 and agile) in the paint will surely help the young core of Express.

Twelfth Pick
Alaska Aces - Ronald Pascual
-Despite the ACL Injury he suffered last season, Ronald Pascual is already ripe to play in the Pro-League. He has a decent 3-point Shooting and  above-average athleticism which can make him and Cyrus Baguio an exciting back-court tandem.

Thirteenth Pick
Barako Bull - Jr Buensuceso
-He will not be a Bob-Cousy award-finalist along side NBA Player TY Lawson for nothing.

Fourteenth Pick
Meralco Bolts - JR Cawaling
-A Forward who can help them spread the floor.

Fifteenth Pick
Petron Blaze Boosters - Jason Deutchman
-San Miguel Beermen connection.

Sixteenth Pick
Global Port Batang Pier - AJ Mandani
-AJ Mandani can be an effective back-up for JV Casio with his toughness and court-leadership.

Seventeenth Pick
Rain or Shine Elasto Painters - Lester Alvarez
-The former Falcon can create his shot and in the same mold of Ronjae Buenafe.

Eighteenth Pick
Barangay Ginebra Gin Kings - Mark Sarangay
-A Moble 6-foot-7 can be very serviceable for their aging front-line.

Nineteenth Pick
B-Meg Llamados -  Dave Marcelo
-Sorry Gaconatics, but this guy can replace your beloved player.

Twentieth  Pick
Talk 'N Text Tropang Texters - Gian Chiu
-With their obvious need of a center , big-center, Gian Chiu can play as a reliever to Ali Peek or can be back-up to Japeth if ever that Peek will retire this season. Norman Black can surely guide this young lad to be a better baller. Besides, you can't teach size.
